The FBA would like to introduce plans to build a FIFA standard Technical Development Centre. The technical development centre will have the following amenities:

• Two outdoor, artificial-turf training
• One outdoor, natural-grass training
• Four dressing rooms for the players
• Two dressing rooms for the referees
• Storage space
• Management office
• Offices and workspaces for the technical staff

The Technical Development Centre will provide a specialized training and resources to young football players and coaches in order to develop their technical skills and knowledge of the game.
